Meet our founder, Patrick L. Schartz.

With more than two decades of coaching, marketing and consulting experience, Patrick works tirelessly to help financial advisors grow their businesses by offering data-supported solutions designed to improve the efficiency of their marketing campaigns.

A native Kansan, Patrick graduated from Washburn University in 1995, earning his degree in mass media with an emphasis in broadcast journalism and a minor in sociology. Following graduation, he spent nearly 25 years being mentored by some of the country’s top marketing minds.

Patrick created Coach.Market.Consult. to help advisors correct underperforming campaigns and implement established strategies designed to fill their seminar venues with more qualified leads. He developed his flagship Red Flag Review service to shine a spotlight on seminar marketing deficiencies and illustrate easy-to-implement enhancements.

A resident of Tampa, Florida, Patrick is most proud of his wife, Monica, and their two children, Carter and Ava.
